Roland P-20HD Video Instant Replayer

Designed for one-person operation in school sports and eSports productions, the Roland P-20HD Video Instant Replayer provides an efficient 1080p60 workflow for displaying instant replays and variable-speed playback, applying effects and transitions, and applying logos, jingles and voiceovers. It features a compact and portable stand-alone hardware design that saves the load on your computer. It can also be connected to switchers to expand your production for greater distribution workflow.

Connections include two HDMI inputs with scalers, an HDMI output and HDMI preview output (to computers/displays), and RCA L/R audio inputs and outputs. With an SD card slot, you can record anything, even if you're playing replays. On a 4.3-inch TFT color LCD you can view previews, as well as SD card information such as recording time and available time. In the playback view, you can display cropped previews of all video clips for live view or compilation in playlists.

Records directly to high capacity SD cards (sold separately). As you start and replay clips, the game is recorded in the background, with no breaks in the action. An SD card can contain school logos, sponsor images, and other still images. Images can be instantly recalled and superimposed on the recorded clips or displayed in Full HD resolution. You can also add a jingle, music clip, or voiceover file to the SD card and play it at any given time.

The P-20HD can be seamlessly integrated into various workflows. Use it alone or with a video switcher. Connect two cameras and switch sources to capture and replay them. Both HDMI inputs feature built-in scalers, providing worry-free connectivity to almost any video source.

With single-task hardware controls, the P-20HD provides an efficient hands-on experience. Dedicated transport buttons include play, pause, forward, rewind, highlight and highlight. An optical encoding jog/shuttle wheel provides precise, fluid control to scrub clips for replay and editing, while the T-bar lets you adjust playback speed. Enabling the Speed ​​Range function allows ultra-fine control, suitable for focusing on tight action and offenses.
